Payment Information

  • Payment transactions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers
  • We record transaction amounts, dates, and wallet balances
  • Domain purchases are processed through Name.com

Automatically Collected Information

  • IP addresses and browser information
  • Pages visited, time spent, and interaction data
  • Device type, operating system, and screen resolution
  • Referring URLs and search terms

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Platform
  • Process payments and manage your wallet
  • Register and manage custom domains
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, etc.)
  • Provide customer support
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global edge network (D1 databases, R2 storage, KV stores)
  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
  • We implement access controls and regular security reviews
  • Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Name.com (domains), MailerSend (emails)
  • Your Customers: When you operate a store, your store information is visible to your customers
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • After account deletion, we retain data for up to 90 days for legal and operational purposes
  • Transaction records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations
  • Server logs are retained for 30 days

Your data may be processed in multiple countries through Cloudflare's global network. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
